Children’s Museum.

A couple weeks ago Neil and I woke up one morning and decided to go to Minneapolis. By 3 or so we were on the road and we made it to our hotel around 11:30 at night. The drive went pretty well, everyone slept the last 3 1/2 hours of it, so that was great.

The next day we decided to check out the children’s museum. Getting there was a bit tricky with all the busy freeways and not-very-well-marked exits, but we did find it. Finding parking was another story, but we did eventually find some free parking in a Macy’s parkade. The clearance was 6’3″ I think and Neil was almost crying driving up the skinniest, lowest ramp EVER. It seemed that at any moment we were going to take the paint off the ceiling but it never did happen, thank goodness. Anyway we were so glad we went because not only is the museum awesome but it was also FREE. Apparently every 3rd Sunday is free day there, and it just happened to be the 3rd Sunday of the month when we arrived.

The kids had a great time.

It was a lot of fun, and even funner since it was free!
